Digital camera problem?

I have a Kodak Easy Share M753 with a KLIC-7001 battery. I have the USB charger hooked up to the front right USB port on my Dell AMD 64 Athlon for Windows XP. It is not charging. What am I doing wrong?
I have read all of the instructions and downloaded all of the software. It came uncharged.

Well, some cameras don’t charge when plugged into the computer, but if it happens to, sometimes you have to

a) make sure it is turned on
b) go to your picture gallery on your camera.

Thats just what I have to do… hope it helps!
