My leather jacket back from cleaning with a different meaning, the goal – is this normal?

I took my favorite designer Leather Tote (Black) jacket for dry cleaning and came to look back over bored, feel stiffer. Is it normal and softened again with time? Is there a product that could help? Thanks!
