XD Picture Card:

The card xD-Picture is the smallest storage format for recording, information storage and transport of audio-visual. In addition, xD-Picture Card is designed to minimize power consumption and extend battery life from your digital camera. You can use xD cards in a CompactFlash slot if you have an adapter. Some devices have slots for xD and SmartMedia cards. If the device has two slots times, only one device with a slot for xD cards work with a xD Picture.
