What camera bag do you recommend?

I am looking for a backpacking trip where I can have my camera, laptop computer things and others (such as water, purse, phone, etc.) during the trip. I considered the Lowepro AW CompuRover, but I saw it and is big enough. Another thought was that Crumpler sinking barge model – however, do seem to have a tripod in the bag. The build quality is excellent, however. I have prepared this bag is not all comfort? The experience that someone had the use of backpacks for a day? It was comfortable? If these bags are the only considerations, it is very important to stop thinking about this kind of trip you will do.
