Samsung SL620 can take photos in sepia and black and white?

Does anyone have this unit? How to tell if it is a good buy? I also believe the Sony Cybershot DSC-W220 and Panasonic Lumix DMC-FS15K and I'm trying to figure out who is the best.

The Samsung has the best features at the best price. I Samsung that we can draw two sepia and black and white, because their older aircraft could. Reading the SL620 (SL65 in Europe) specification Samsung website says he can return fire (sepia) and negative (B & W). The specifications for the TL9 (NV9 in Europe) said it may be particularly sepia and B & W. TL9 is a camera 10 megapixels and not 12MP, but the difference is negligible MP image quality.
